Digital Realty is growing, and we are looking to hire a key role in our global Oracle HCM Support team to deliver services in EMEA. As part of a global network of Oracle HCM systems support analysts you will contribute by helping use the Oracle HCM system and solving any user related or technical issues. You will also be involved in requests that will help us to continually improve the functionality of the system.
What does this position involve?
Oracle HCM manages people related data and processes to make it easier for individuals and managers to navigate their people orientated responsibilities. Oracle HCM sits at the heart of business; it is therefore vitally important to ensure we support our users.
You will not be able to solve everything - we anticipate Level 1/Level 2 and some Level 3 support actions to start with. Anything you can’t solve; you will escalate to the technical folks at Oracle HCM.
In addition to support, we are rolling out Oracle HCM to other countries in EMEA and increasing the functionality available to those countries – you will play a pivotal role in helping us implement that change program.

What experience will you need?
Preferably previous of Oracle HCM will be great to ensure you hit the ground running. If you have experience of supporting other HRIS systems, we are also happy to hear from you!
