Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Telephone answering and redirecting
2. Complete Room Reservation bookings
3. Complete Food & Beverage Reservation bookings
4. Concierge Services - Sound Local knowledge on attractions and services
5. Provide a Warm Welcome to our guests on their arrival to Park Hotel Kenmare
6. Introduce our Guests to the the hotel facilities and services.
7. Escort them to their room
8. Accurate Cashiering and Billing duties
9. Good Written communication completing with emails and letters
10. Complete Voucher requests
11. listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
12. provide accurate information about local attractions and services
13. Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to address any guest request.
14. Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare 5 Star Best Practices along with Realis & Chateaux 5 Star guidelines
