O'Connors Seafood Restaurant is looking for a full-time Sous Chef who will be in charge of preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
The Role:
* This will be ideal for someone who's looking to make the jump up the kitchen ladder.
* leading the kitchen on the head chefs' days off.
* understanding and willing to learn GP'S and labor costs in running a kitchen.
Requirements:
* HACCP training is up to date.
* Passion for food and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
