Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and committed individual who is willing to work and wants to build a career in the Agricultural industry. This role will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for managing goods inward in the Branch. This role is based in our New Ross Branch, Co Wexford.
Responsibilities
1. Recording stock on the CPOS system
2. Reporting any shortages or damages
3. Merchandising, storage and pricing of stock
4. Liaise with Administration
5. Organise credit returns/uplifts
6. Be customer focused by providing top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times
7. Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service
8. Keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services
9. Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed
Requirements
10. Attention to detail around paperwork
11. Keen interest in Agri sector
12. A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customers’ expectation
13. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
14. Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative
15. Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment
16. I.T Skills are also required
Desired Skills
17. A person with an agricultural or farming background is desirable
18. A forklift licence is desirable
