Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Dublin/Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid, with site travel as needed)
Salary: up to €55,000 depending on experience + car allowance + bonus + benefits

What will you be doing?
1. Provide comprehensive advice and guidance to management and employees in line with legislation and best practices.
2. Advise managers on employee relations matters including performance, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and redundancies.
3. Support the HR BP with high-volume ER caseloads, ensuring consistent and compliant case handling.
4. Assist with organizational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy programs.
5. Prepare submissions for WRC Adjudications and Labour Court hearings.
6. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislative updates.
7. Deliver training on conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance.
8. Promote employee engagement and development to foster a positive workplace culture.
9. Act as a liaison to address workplace concerns and promote open communication.
10. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
11. Prepare reports on ER activities and outcomes for HR leadership.
12. Ensure high-quality customer service in all HR activities.
13. Proactively support client branches through regular visits.
Requirements
About You
14. Experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
15. Proven track record in conducting investigations, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
16. In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.
17. Experience handling high-volume ER caseloads and complex issues like TUPE.
18. Experience preparing WRC submissions.
19. Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
20. Strong organizational and time management skills.
21. Effective communicator with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
22. CIPD qualified and/or relevant degree (, Human Resource Management).
23. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
