We are looking for a Field Account Manager to join our team to cover the Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow and Kilkenny regions and actively welcome applications from local candidates and candidates willing to relocate to the area. We don’t expect you to be construction you will be once you’ve graduated from our award-winning training course. What does the role involve?
At Hilti, we work a little differently. We have a direct sales model which allows us to ensure a high-level customer interaction at every encounter. We love our customers! The Account Management role is strategic account development focussed, partnering with existing customers ensuring the Hilti product basket is optimised. This is no ordinary sales or business development manager job; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers.
The Account Management role is very autonomous, your red Hilti van will be your office and you will plan, organise and prioritise your time to ensure effectiveness within your territory. We partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value.
The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry.
