KNOW THE ROLE
As a Concession Manager you will lead a team and effectively manage all business KPls maximising store sales and profitability.
1. Building a strong, cohesive and effective management team
2. Controlling trade expenses and being responsible for maintaining Store administration, stock security and Cash Desk
3. Leading by example to maintain a high standard of staff morale, appearance, timekeeping and behaviour
4. Effectively communicating with staff and the management team on all relevant matters
5. Ensuring that the highest standard of professional service is maintained at all times
6. Planning and evaluating both Window and Interior displays based on the Display Guide.
7. Managing staff issues sensitively and effectively and in a professional manner
8. Interviewing and recruiting the best people available for all vacancies
9. Training and developing all levels of staff to their maximum potential
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

12. Someone who is resilient, approachable and has a good sense of humour
13. A minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisor experience
