PMO Analyst - Fixed Term Contract - Dublin
Our client is currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join their team on a large programme of work. This is a 9 month fixed term contract, requiring the successful candidate to travel to the office twice a week in Dublin city centre.
Job Responsibilities
Support the development and on-going maintenance of an overall project/programme plan and roadmap.
Support with budget management actions, such as tracking any inaccuracies.
Coordinate internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders to enable efficient two way flow of information within and outside the project team.
PPM Admin and project intake processing.
Assist workstream activities on an ad-hoc basis.
Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders - including status, risks, costs and benefits, monthly decks.
Desirable Experience
1-3+ years as a PMO Analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
Formal Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, CSM) would be an advantage.
PPM tool experience.
Experience with software such as JIRA, Confluence and Power BI.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
Proficient in Excel and creation of pivots & graphs for costs/KPI reporting.
Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation.
Experience of project and programme status reporting.
