Job Title: Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
Location: Hybrid (with some on-site work)

Role Overview:
This position is part of a Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team dedicated to delivering thorough assessments for individuals and families. The psychologist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, along with occasional mental health assessments. Remote work is possible for parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out diagnostic assessments using established tools to identify neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.
* Document findings in detailed reports, including recommendations and interventions, with professionalism and timeliness.
* Support and provide guidance to less experienced team members as appropriate.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Psychology and a recognized postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
* Experience conducting developmental and diagnostic assessments for children.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and criteria for Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
* Strong communication and report-writing skills.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment.
