We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of this significant project. Job Summary: As the Project Manager for our residential construction project in South Dublin, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the development. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resources required for each phase of construction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize construction processes. Quality Control and Compliance: Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets regulatory standards, building codes, and company guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any issues promptly. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership and Communication: Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure collaboration and productivity. Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment, promoting adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with construction industry best practices and emerging trends.
