FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a full time permanent Accounts Assistant to join our client in Tullamore Co Offaly.
The role comprises of the following;
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Sending invoices to customers via email and following up payments to completion.
* Managing customer queries and job orders.
* Diverting office calls to relevant parties/distributing messages for the appropriate personnel.
* Dealing with customer and supplier financial account queries.
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Processing sales orders/purchase orders in conjunction with Quantity Surveyor.
* Creating and maintaining customers database.
* Maintaining the fleet of vehicles to include booking services, insurance etc.
* Processing company expenses/receipts.
* Collating O&M Manuals.
Skills required:
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
* Must have a positive and flexible approach and be able to use own initiative.
* Strong people and communication skills.
* Good organisational and attention to detail skills.
* Trustworthy
* Sage 200 accounts
Schedule:
* Office based 38 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
