Senior Power Platform Consultant – Roscommon/Remote
Our client, an innovative provider of technology and digital transformation solutions seeks to hire an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join their team and aid in the delivery of client projects. The role in the Analytics & Data Solutions Department has overall responsibility for ensuring quality, execution and delivery across all technical aspects of projects, through leading the software development team and ongoing collaboration with other team members and stakeholders, as required throughout the life cycle of projects.
Responsibilities
·Design and develop technical solutions against identified requirements.
·Assist in the planning, design and pricing of potential projects, ensuring that technical resource requirements are accurately reflected and costed to ensure commercial viability of projects.
·Liaise with both Business Analysts and Clients in the planning and review of the delivery of complex business solutions including participation in functional requirements gathering, testing and deployments.
·Proactively develop, lead and mentor the technical development team to include scheduling and monitoring of all work and tasks against project deliverables.
·Ensure delegation of work to ensure that all development resources are fully utilised, and time is managed efficiently.
·Ensure all work is documented and that all systems of record are kept up to date.
·Take ownership of project deliverables and be responsible for the standard and quality of the team’s technical outputs, against delivery timeframes.
·Ensure all development solutions fully meet the functional/non-functional requirements as per Client requests.
·Work closely with all members of the Project Team to ensure successful and efficient delivery of projects against stated deadlines.
·Be a technical subject matter expert for the project team, Client and colleagues, and support team to problem solve and develop knowledge base.
Skills Requirements
·IT Degree & relevant industry certificates
·Minimum 3-5 years technical proficiency in software development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate) or other languages and development tools e.g. python, SQL
·Experience of working in an Azure environment and DevOps.
·Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
·Experience of Microsoft & Dynamics.
