As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Service Centre. A Service Accounts Administrator is the main point of contact between our Service Department and Accounts Department. They work closely with the Service Centre team and are responsible for efficient administration within the Service Centre. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of a process driven Service Centre. The typical duties include: Logging, tracking and data entry of jobs on our in-house system. Completion of Job Cards, invoicing and recording payments. Act as the first point of contact with the accounts department and suppliers with queries Co-ordinate and manage communication to ensure that information flows freely between Service and Mechanics staff Managing and Maintaining a PO system Supporting the Service Team with parts ordering and processing. Suppliers follow ups on invoices & return credits. Ensure efficient processing of Service Department paperwork End of day reporting on job cards carried out Any other tasks that may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis The Administrator will report to the Senior Accountant & Financial Controller. Skills The ability to work alone without instruction or as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Strong organisational skills and a deep level of concentration with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. A methodical nature with outstanding attention to detail. Ability to work well in a process driven environment The capacity to work to deadlines. Must speak fluent English. Education & Experience Candidate must have proven experience in a similar role and hold relevant accreditations. Must be proficient in the usage of computer technology. Experience is essential however we may consider other suitable candidates.
