This role is to manage and develop new Entrance System Automation and Service customers to develop and grow the direct pipeline / sales for dormakaba ESA & Service solutions.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
Define an agreed business development plan for specific business sectors & geographical area in agreement with dormakaba sales management.
Promote the company’s products & solutions and services, in order to achieve and exceed personal and company targets. (Including arranging & presenting various company CPDs)
Working with the other members of the dormakaba Ireland team, taking responsibility for growing dormakaba’s direct business including coordination of all required resources and activities to achieve this objective. (Marketing, solution engineering, margin calculation, risk assessment, quotation production)
Working with our sales team and dormakaba’s marketing resource, ensure targeted customers are regularly contacted, both physically, and via email updates, and that sales leads are generated, Follow up all quotations, enquires and sales leads in a timely fashion to ensure the sales potential is maximised.
Ensure that CRM records are continually updated to show sales and marketing activity, reporting of active sales leads and allow for market feedback of competitor analysis and market pricing.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
Experience of solution selling in a direct market in the Construction Industry, including experience specifying and presenting to Architects, contractors and end users.
