Operations Administrator wanted for International Financial Services Company – Dublin City
Our client, an International Financial Services Company, is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting into the European Operations Manager, this role will help service the company’s European client base.

Your Role:
1. You will be part of a highly customer-oriented team that is responsible for all aspects of life policy administration, from topping up existing policies to investment administration and claims processing.
2. Provide excellent customer care to clients predominantly from a European client base.
3. Processing existing business claims and policy alterations, taking into account varying market specific requirements.
4. Review and respond to all customer queries received in writing or by phone in an efficient and timely manner.
5. Production of high quality and accurate client documentation in a timely manner.
6. Contribute to team and departmental productivity targets, achieving agreed SLA’s.
Your Skills:
7. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in financial services (Particularly Insurance or Pensions and Investments.)
8. Relevant third level degree.
9. A positive, proactive, attitude towards learning.
10. Highly customer and team focused.
11. You have strong attention to detail, are self-driven and organised.
12. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
