Roles & Responsibilities
1. To maximise hotel profitable revenue for bedrooms.
2. To ensure guest satisfaction by managing Room Reservation and Group Reservations, under the direction of the General Manager.
3. Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls
4. Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
5. Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors
6. Conduct competitive and demand analysis.
7. Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
8. Manage no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to hotel policy.
9. Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for the property using PMS, and forecasting tools Right Revenue
10. Ensure that all room statistics reports, including voucher and social media, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.
Requirements:
11. 1-year previous experience in a reception/reservations role in a hotel
12. Previous experience using Hotsoft a distinct advantage
13. Excellent customer care skills
14. Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
15. Highly motivated, and a team player.
