I'm seeking to hire a Level 1 IT Engineer on behalf of my client, an Irish MSP based in Dublin. This position involves troubleshooting and managing level 1 IT Support issues and tickets for multiple clients. You will work on desktops, laptops, mobiles and apple devices, and be responsible for troubleshooting operating systems and applications, remote and on-site.
Duties:
Resolving ticket/service requests assigned to you
Deploying and setting-up new and existing client devices
Working with clients to ensure their support issues are understood
Working with internal team members to deliver incident reports
Requirements:
Experience working with various types of client devices/hardware
1-3 years experience working with Windows Operating Systems and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience working for an MSP/IT Services and Consulting firm
