Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strong communicator to join this Construction team. The Construction Administrator will assist the Construction Department across a diverse range of tasks on a daily basis to support ambitious expansion plans.
What you'll do
Supporting the Construction Project Managers with the management of contractors, consultants, and suppliers;
Assisting the Store Development team with the production and refinement of internal QA procedures;
Assisting the Store Development team with the project development approval process;
Preparation of presentations through PowerPoint and assisting in the production of statistical reports as required;
Taking ownership and managing the Purchase Orders process while consolidating any issues / actions to be addressed or approved by the Construction Team;
Management of Construction team documents, templates and other team administration tasks ensuring that key information is always accessible and accurate;
Ability to navigate and be the key user of our cloud-based systems that support the Construction Department;
Liaising closely with our Accounts team to ensure the efficient process of payment to suppliers and contractors;
Assisting with the review, maintenance and filing of supplier frameworks.
What you'll need
Third Level Degree in a Construction / Property related field is desirable;
A keen knowledge of the construction industry with an interest in pursuing a career in this field;
Highly motivated individual with strong IT and Administrative skills;
Ability to work well and collaborate within a team;
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

€ 35,500 rising to €48,000 over 3 years
