About the Actuarial Analyst – Pricing Role
Duties for this position include (but are not limited to):
1. Design and enhance product and pricing strategies that effectively address internal requirements while also meeting external market expectations.
2. Maintain a strong compliance framework by ensuring that appropriate controls, policies, and documentation are in place to meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
3. Support the creation of strategic business case analyses to understand and achieve a favourable combination of growth and profitability.
4. Offer technical pricing expertise and analysis for critical business initiatives.
Actuarial skills required
The role would suit a Part Qualified Actuary with 2-3 years industry experience. Applicants must ideally have experience of the following:
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience in Pricing or Product development is advantageous.
7. Strong experience of Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI.
8. Skilled communicator with the capacity to bridge the gap between technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills.
