We are looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie with The Inn at Dromoland.
There are a number of food & Beverage outlets associated with the Inn including Shannigans Gastro Pub, Deerfield's Restaurant and our Ballyhannon Banqueting suite.

Details of the role:
In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: -
* Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen at The INN at Dromoland
* To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment.
* Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.
* Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene.
* Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.
* To assist in other sections of the Kitchen when required.
Candidates need to meet the following criteria: -
* Have 3rd level qualification.
* Have previous kitchen experience in a Chef de Partie role
* Have a level of high service standards
* Must be focused on standards with an excellent attention to detail.
* HACPP Level 2
Full training is provided, however, working as part of a team, you will be guided by the Senior Team. Working schedule is from Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.
