I'm seeking to hire an experienced Level 2 IT Engineer on behalf of my Dublin-based client, a growing MSP. You will troubleshoot and manage Level 2 Technical Support tickets and issues for your clients, work on virtual and physical client and server devices, and troubleshoot applications and on-premises/Cloud servers. You will also deploy IT solutions to your client base.
Duties:
Resolving tickets and service requests assigned to you
Acting as escalation POC for support tickets at Level 2
Deploy, migrate and document IT Solutions for your clients
Introduce and suggest new technologies to management
Oversee, train and mentor Level 1 Support team activities
Requirements:
3+ years Office 365 Administration experience, including Microsoft 365 tenancy portal, MS Azure Portal, Exchange Online Admin and SharePoint Admin
Strong troubleshooting experience
Experience with firewall and network wired/wireless deployments and troubleshooting
Experience with Intune deployments and management is beneficial
Experience of working with Windows Server & OS 2016+
