What you'll do
1. Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store
2. Target-driven approach to KPIs
3. Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
4. Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
5. Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained
6. Consistently deliver excellent customer service
What you'll need
7. • To have completed your A Levels or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns

8. €45,150 rising to €53,750 over 4 years
9. 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
