Our client is currently looking for Head of Sales to join their rapidly expanding company. The primary purpose of the Head of Sales opportunity will be to align and drive the organic sales strategy across the businesses and customers. Also, to design, build and embed a robust sales organisation and to ensure the appropriate structures and processes are in place to achieve the longer-term growth ambitions of the business. Our client is looking for a high-end consultative seller, a charismatic, insightful, strategic, and operational excellence focused commercial & client champion. You will have a strong interest in driving sales, supporting sales teams and ideally an understand of contract recruitment.
Areas of Responsibilities
Strategy
·Ability to have a vision and an ambition for the commercial business they are responsible for.
·Provide regular reliable forecasts utilising company's data platforms and reporting capabilities.
·Ability to convert strategy into a plan, into actions and to execute them.
·Promote and expand the company’s commercial activity to generate revenues and sustainable growth.
·Lead, manage and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue commitments
·Capacity to maximise profitability - increased value, increased productivity, and cost optimisation.
·Define the most effective delivery organisation in line with the strategy.
·Track and analyse all sales related activities including customer visits, customer service activities pipeline management.
·Contribute to the strategy development of the company & division they work for.
Customers
·Ability to understand the requirements of new and existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
·Ability to sell and close at C level.
·Ability to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
·Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
·Ability to develop strategic account plans.
·Ability to execute & measure achievements vs. plan.
·Capacity to create the right positioning in line with the company strategy.
·Ability to answer RFI - RFP - Bid… in a professional and successful manner.

·Set-up relevant KPI's for the business.
·Control the business and take corrective actions.
