The team The HR Technology team is responsible for leveraging technology to meet the strategic needs of Avantors human resources operations while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE: Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security, including intersection and segment security. Experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management. THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY: In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks and leading practices. Strong understanding of data security and least privileged access principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in creating calculated fields and condition rules. Proficiency in advanced security configuration tools within Workday. Familiarity with standard office software and project management tools. Experience in ServiceNow HRSD. Experience in Excel required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits) is highly desirable. Workday Pro Security certification is highly preferred. Support HR Operations transformation initiatives, predominantly involving ServiceNow operations (approx. 20% of role). Continue standardization in Workday and create cohesive security across Avantor platforms, notably ServiceNow HRSD. Prioritize ServiceNow Administration and Time-Tracking / Absence, specifically enabling configuration.
