Job Description
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
2. Passion for leadership and teamwork
3. Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
4. Excellent guest service skills

16. To ensure a consistently high level of security is well maintained throughout the Hotel.
17. To ensure guest feedback is acted upon in a timely manner ensuring the relevant people are informed and that all necessary action is taken to prevent re occurrences.
18. To monitor all purchasing and costs in the department and to ensure that spend is in line with budgets and in line with purchasing procedures
19. To ensure departmental sales are achieved in line with the hotel budget
20. To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
21. To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.
22. To comply with the hotels cash handling procedures and ensure that all team members are trained accordingly.
23. Drives business results through revenue growth and cost savings efficiency.
