TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector based in Dundalk to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer for immediate start.
Full time- 35 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Expected temporary 6 months placement. Please note this does not supersede the existing T&C's as outlined in your contract of employment.
Rates vary from €15.27 to €24.56 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.
Previous Administrative experience is required
Responsibilities:
1. Taking minutes of meetings
2. Providing administration support to a very busy team
3. General office duties - scanning, filing, emails
4. Excellent phone manner and communication.
5. Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff.
6. Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require.
7. High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
8. Proficient in MS office suite.
