We are lookingfor an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and makea real impact. As our Restaurant Manager, play a key role in helping the team grow andshine, providing training, mentorship, and support to make sure everyone is onthe same page about delivering exceptional service in one of the busiestrestaurants in Dublin. You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff, head waitersand assistant restaurant managers.
In thisrole, set the standard by leading from thefront, showing the team what great service looks like. be hands-on, involved in all aspects of the daily flow – from welcoming guestswith a smile to making sure every detail of the dining experience runssmoothly.
