Description
As a SAP Implementation Lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Leading the implementation of SAP solutions and improving business processes;
2. Turning client requirements into value-adding, SAP-based business solutions;
3. Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
4. Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with the SAP product suite
5. Interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and making a significant contribution to the development of new SAP business in the Irish market
6. Developing implementation proposals
7. Developing practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, practice methodologies and case studies
8. Developing staff by supporting SAP training, mentoring and on-the-job coaching
9. Working across the PwC network to leverage solutions and assets
Your Profile
10. Full lifecycle experience of a medium-to-large SAP implementation with S/4HANA
11. Working knowledge of SAP implementation methodology (ASAP, Activate)
12. Integration between core S/4 and other line-of-business applications (SuccessFactors etc)
13. Ability to advise on deployment options (RISE, private cloud, hyperscalers) at a business level
14. Strong problem solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions within the SAP standard best practice framework
15. Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders
16. Strong written, oral and presentation skills
17. Strong workshop / meeting facilitation skills
