Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator
We have an exciting new opening for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Parkmore, Co. Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
1. • Answering calls, filing and maintaining records
2. • Complete payroll weekly for Advant
3. • Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
4. • Assist and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding cycle
5. • Maintaining Absenteeism and Annual Leave Management daily
6. • Updating training system for employees training files daily
7. • Assisting with maintenance of the time management system
