We are seeking
a research-assistant position to December 2023 to project: ‘Maynooth University Teaching and the Sustainable Development Goals’. Graduate students are also encouraged to apply. The project will explore the impact of UDL practice when designing authentic assessment as a preventative measure of academic misconduct. By focusing on the different students’ perspective the project aims at investigating if the reasons why students may be tempted to conduct academic misconduct (as identified in the literature) can be countered not only by using authentic assessment but using UDL principles in designing it. Research Assistant (Level 1): €28,701 p.a. (1 point) Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
