We are hiring for our client, a luxurious property in Co. Meath, seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality dishes and be eager to contribute to a top-tier dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during service.
* Manage and maintain your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and seasonal menu items.
* Ensure consistency in quality and presentation in every dish.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or luxury restaurant or hotel.
* Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
