Country Manager
to be based in the region to ensure we hire and optimize the very best staff to look after our passengers.
Extensive experience in hiring and coaching is required for this role.
We are looking for a person with/who:
1. Excellent leadership skills
2. Experience designing Tours
3. Deep Knowledge on UK and Ireland
4. Excellence orientated
5. Fluency in written & spoken English
6. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the regions, and be able to spend time on the road
7. The right aptitude and discipline to work from home.
8. Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem- solving skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel.
10. Experience managing offices of an international tour & travel company.
11. Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendors in the travel/tourism business
12. Ability to implement the company’s performance driven strategy with a strong focus on Excellence
13. Passionate for Tourism and People

You will be responsible for:
15. Manage Day to day Operation and drive the effectiveness of the regional staffs to develop new programs and to achieve quality goals, reporting directly to Regional Manager.
16. Drive the Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Tour Guides for products.
17. Driving the creation of a strong team of high performing Tour Guides who exemplify the company’s culture, values and team spirit.
18. Creating strong relationships with vendors and supporting buying and profitability goals in the region
19. Providing 24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of issues.
