Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Lines Account Handler for their offices in Cork.
Responsibilities:
1. Placing customers personal cars, vans, and homes on cover with insurers, ensuring that all documentation is in place and processing payments
2. Issuing motor and home insurance quotations to new customers
3. Servicing customer accounts for any mid-term alterations, temporary substitutions or claims that are being notified to us
4. Dealing with customer queries and advising on any aspect of their personal insurance cover as well as adhering to all compliance requirements.
Requirements:
5. For experienced Personal Lines Account Handlers, we are looking for people with a background in general insurance broking or an insurance company who have completed some or all of the regulatory insurance exams (APA / CIP)
6. Energy and drive with an ability to work in a fast-paced but dynamic environment
7. Strong IT skills – previous experience of Relay is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
8. Excellent communication, customer service and organisation skills with good attention to detail.
