My client is looking for a candidate who has previous legal experience who is looking to continue their career as a legal secretary.

Permanent Opportunity
Salary: 35K + DOE
Responsibilities:
1. Legal Secretary activities: including but limited to opening, closing and maintaining files, document management, typing and amending documents, photocopying, booking couriers, answering the phone and taking messages for solicitors
2. Court administration: Preparing court documents and briefs; liaising with Counsel
3. Digital audio typing
4. Document management
5. Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Cork office
What do you need?
6. Minimum of two years legal secretary experience
7. Previous experience to litigation in the healthcare setting would be advantageous
8. Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
9. Previous experience and understanding of data protection software would be beneficial but not essential
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Very strong IT and systems capability
12. Ability to plan and prioritise and manage multiple activities at one time
