Responsibilities:
As a Technician, you will:
9. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on critical production machinery, such as injection moulding machines.
10. Perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across various production lines.
11. Provide support for both planned and unexpected maintenance activities.
12. Maintain optimal machinery efficiency and operational uptime.
13. Carry out periodic safety checks on all equipment.
14. Comply with all health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
15. Independently address equipment malfunctions to prevent damage or potential safety issues.
16. Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team to enhance machinery performance and reliability.
Requirements:
17. Accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical Fitting, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
18. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with industrial maintenance software.
19. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
20. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
21. Capable of both team collaboration and autonomous work.
