QC Microbiology Analyst - Contract - Biopharmaceutical - Dublin
As Dublin continues to embed itself as Ireland's Pharmaceutical capital, we are seeking for a QC Microbiology Analyst to become part of a state-of-the-art bio facility. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Bulk Drug Facility in Dublin with emphasis on microbiological testing such as Environmental Monitoring, Water, Gas, Bioburden and Endotoxin testing.

QC Microbiology Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Microbiological testing such as Environmental Monitoring and Water sampling, testing of Bioburden, Endotoxin, TOC, with technical support in regard to method validation.
2. Ensuring high cGMP, GLP standards are maintained while testing.
3. Represent the Microbiology department in internal and external audits where appropriate.
4. Perform technical review of data generated in laboratory, validation protocols and reports.
5. Ensure all instruments/equipment are maintained in a calibrated and operational state.
6. Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and safety is maintained in the Laboratory.
7. Investigate out of specification/limit results utilising Structured Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis tools in conjunction with the Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor
QC Microbiology Analyst Requirements:
8. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in cGMP Quality environment.
9. Experience in testing of sterile/non-sterile pharmaceutical /bio-pharmaceutical products.
10. Good knowledge of current GMP and other industry regulations
11. Degree in Microbiology or related science.
