Our client is expanding, and are now seeking a Development Manager to lead the development, implementation, and support of cutting-edge solutions for their clients. You will drive innovation and optimize business operations with Microsoft-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead design and development of Microsoft-based solutions.
2. Manage and mentor a development team.
3. Align solutions with client business objectives.
4. Support strategic direction, revenue, and margin targets.
5. Maintain and grow their solutions portfolio.
6. Progress Agile and SDLC processes.
7. Provide pre-sales support and participate in customer meetings.
8. Understand client business models and regulatory requirements.
9. Advise on Microsoft technologies and licensing.
10. Manage development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
11. Collaborate with global business partners.
12. Contribute to all phases of software development.
13. Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems.
14. Prepare financial budgets and performance reports.
15. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
16. 10+ years in development management roles.
17. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
18. Microsoft Certifications preferred (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint).
19. Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMI, CPM, MCSD, COE) are a plus.
20. Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills.
21. Thorough knowledge of SDLC and enterprise solutions.
22. Financial acumen and budget management experience.
23. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
