9. Proven track record of delivering top-quality fitout projects for multinational clients
10. Capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously
11. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
12. Experienced in managing subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and project timelines
Requirements:
13. 4 years of experience, on fitout projects
14. Degree in Construction Management or a construction-related discipline
15. Candidates with a trade background are also desirable
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills
