New Business Account Executive, Nordics
Dublin
Our sales team focuses on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. You will help many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones using our bottom-up enterprise sales model. We act as the key voice of the customer to the product team and help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
The New Business Team focuses on prospects and customers early in their journey with Asana. You will engage and onboard customers early in their journey, increasing adoption, engagement, and identifying opportunities for expansion through 'at scale' sales motions.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
3. Proactively manage a wide range of customers earlier in their journey with Asana
4. Prioritize & segment your accounts, identifying opportunity for growth
5. Develop plan to achieve incremental ARR Target
6. Build and execute Account Plans for high propensity accounts
7. Increase Adoption and Retention account Account Base
8. Target White Space accounts with Persona or Vertical outbound prospecting motions
9. Follow up on inbound opportunities to build and own pipeline and overall book of business growth
10. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadences
About you
11. +1 years of closing experience in a high velocity sales motion, with a track record of success
12. Fluency in English and a Nordic language would be highly preferred
13. Can work in a high velocity sales environment - weekly, monthly, quarterly targets
14. Ability to build territory and account plans, with strong outbound prospecting experience
15. Familiar with Sales Tools - Salesforce, Outreach, Clar. Sales Navigator
16. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and confidently close deals
17. Highly motivated and driven, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of success and continuously seeking new opportunities for growth
18. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong sales acumen and adaptability to drive results

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €56,650 - €69,850. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
