About the Role/ The Opportunity:
Sitecore are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Center as part of the Revenue Marketing team. The role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to support our business growth as a DXP leader.We are looking for ancampaign manager who is experienced at creating a campaign strategy and plan and executing against it. Someone who has a deep passion for pipeline and growth. Someone who is interested in doing the best work of their careers marketing to marketers!
What You’ll Do:
1. Define the campaign strategy to meet our demand generation targets within your area of responsibility.
2. Shape the strategic campaign direction including campaign themes, content, journey mapping, nurture, call scripts,and more
3. Create and deliver campaigns, aligned to our ICP, to deliver on pipeline metrics across Sitecore key markets and industries. Deliver regular campaign reporting, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Provide real time insights and recommendations for optimization
4. Understand how to utilizemarketing tools and technologies like AI, 6sense, and othersinto campaigns for maximum ROI
5. Work closely with product marketing, content, regional marketing and external agencies to build campaigns that aligns to our brand, target markets, personas, and use cases
What You Need to Succeed
6. 5-7years’ experience in growth marketing roles within a technology provider
7. Solid knowledge and skills of B2B campaigns from inception to optimization with experience and understanding and ann of digital marketing
8. A passion for marketing as a growth engineProven understanding and success in marketing to business and technical personas
9. Ability to balance creative thinking with the commercial needs of our market and deliver campaigns that stand out from our competition
10. Highly motivated individualwho can work independently and take initiative, with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
11. Industry experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail or Travel and Hospitality a plusProven use of AI to create higher performing campaigns
