Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create project business cases.
2. Customize delivery approaches for approved projects, using best practices as needed.
3. Form and lead project teams.
4. Track and address project performance and issues, escalating when necessary.
5. Maintainprehensive project plans and risk logs.
6. Incorporate benefits and change management methodologies into project delivery.
7. Address stakeholder needs and expectations.
BA / PM Requirements:
8. Managed change and transformation, including system implementation and organizational change.
9. Worked with robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.
10. Project portfolio management experience preferred.
11. Financial services knowledge is beneficial.
Systems & PC Tools:
12. Proficient in project, portfolio, and program management tools like MS Project, and Jira.
13. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, and PowerPoint.
