Game Producer

We're looking for a Producer who will be responsible for devising a product strategy for our games and, together with a strong team, develop our hit games or create new ones. This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .

Tasks
1. Participating in the formation of project development strategy. Concept writing
2. Analyzing product metrics and project results
3. Assuming control and responsibility for the implementation of plans
4. Evaluating game quality at the main stages of development
5. Supporting the development of the project's lead game designers
Requirements
6. Experience working on a game project as a Producer or Lead Game Designer
7. Game savvy, knowledge of the gaming market
8. Strong expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals
9. Fluency in Russian
