eir evo talent are seeking applicants for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. Ideally, this person will have 1-2 years in technical recruiting, but all training will be provided. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional wishing to develop their career in a challenging and extremely rewarding environment. This is a hybrid role, and we have offices in Dublin, Cork and Waterford.
Responsibilities:
1. As a recruitment consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates
2. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
3. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
4. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
5. Visiting/Video calls with clients to build and develop positive relationships
6. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
7. Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
8. Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
9. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
10. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
11. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
12. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
13. Informing candidates about the results of interviews
14. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
