We are currently looking for a Business Insurance Specialist to join the fast-growing Team here at Radius.
We would love to welcome you to our Dundalk Office location for the days you are in the office. You’ll report into the Bronagh Murphy, Front Book Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.
Main Purpose of Job:
Compliant selling of business insurance to new commercial clients (Front Book). Ensuring the product offered is based on a thorough and fair review of Keystone’s available market and best suits the needs (and wants) of the client.
Responsible for:
Own target and servicing new business client including any of their needs or additional requirements throughout the first 12 months of their insurance. Where relevant, supporting additional work of the commercial team.
What would your day to day look like?
1. Acting as a Broker on behalf of relevant Keystone clients and perspective clients.
2. Converting inbound & outbound insurance leads into clients.
3. Working towards targets and key performance indicators, as agreed with management.
4. Effectively managing your own time, requesting support when required.
5. Working as a member of a team to help develop other staff and progress the company, as a whole.
6. Providing excellent customer service, including but not limited to, de-escalating complaints/customer issues and building long-term relationships with clients.
7. Working with others including colleagues and insurers to develop long-term relationships.
8. Administrative duties associated with the role.
9. Engaging with clients, predominantly through phone and email.
10. Addressing problems identified and putting corrective measures in place.
11. Ensuring your working environment is safe and appropriate for the role.
12. Continuous professional development as required by relevant regulation and/or legislation.
