Transdev operates Dublin Luas Tram System since 2004. In the framework of a replacement, Transdev Group is looking for a Communication Project Executive to be based in Dublin in Ireland.
As part of the Communication Team and under the Communications & Relationships Manager and the Communication Campaign executive’s authority, the Communications Projects Executive will be accountable for the following missions.
Responsibilities
The Communication Project Executive is responsible for:
1. Supporting Luas Communication, PR, and Marketing Campaigns, and Internal Transdev Communications.
2. Assisting with the development of the Luas and Transdev social media and other online channel strategies.
3. Assisting with the development of the Luas Website and Luas App/s, with Transdev Internal App,
4. Assisting with content creation and publication of content, and with the production, and delivery of all customer communication and / or signage on all Luas infrastructure, trams, depots, and external locations as required.
5. Supporting work with all Transdev Departments, Luas’ stakeholders and other government agencies as required, including the client and National Transport Authority
Required Education and Experience
6. Degree in Communications, Business, or Bachelor of Arts.
7. Minimum two-year work experience in a Communication and/ or Marketing, or a customer/ client-focused environment.
8. Strength and experience in both B2B and B2C communications.
Skills
9. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement in communications and drive actions.
10. Must be a Team Player
11. Digitally savvy, understanding impact of new models, current trends, and best practice of communication including digital and strategic social media engagement.
12. Ability to manage budgets and analyze information.
13. The ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
14. Excellent interpersonal and management skills
