Job Description
Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland.
What you would do:
* Air Handling Unit Maintenance - Inspect supply fan drives pulleys for wear and tear, driven belt tension and fan impeller for damage or material impingement.
* AC Maintenance - check all electrical connections, condenser fan, temperatures and pressures etc.
* Boiler Maintenance - check flue soundness, ensure guard is fitted, check condensate drainage system etc.
* Calorifier Maintenance - check insulation, valves, settings and outlet temperature.
* Pump Maintenance & Booster Sets Maintenance - check motor starter, connections and seals for leaks.
* TMV Valves Maintenance - check hot and cold water supply, filters and temperatures.
* General maintenance of smoke & fire dampers, pressurisation units, AOV and fan coil units.
* General maintenance of plumbing, pipework, taps and leaks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hands-on, mechanical maintenance role
* Experience of Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, pump and boiler maintenance
* Full drivers license
