Applications are invited for the post of Accounts Assistant based in our Dublin City Centre HQ (Hybrid). Working within our Finance department and reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of Accounts Receivable and also assist in accounts payable and other areas of finance, as required. The successful candidate will be somebody who can work on their own initiative and display an ability to be accurate and timely in their work, while also demonstrating a commitment to the core values of PhoneWatch - Customer focused, Goal focused, Reliable and Willing to improve.

Responsibilities:
* Processing cash receipts/refunds and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Processing changes to customer contracts
* Managing unallocated cash amounts
* Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
* Liaising with external partners and suppliers
* Assist in the generation of payments and invoices for commissions
* Assisting in the processing of accounts payable when AP Personnel are on leave
* Assist in month end tasks such as stock reconciliations, AR & AP Reporting
* Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills with the ability to organise and multi-task
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work
* Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills
* Experience using full suite of Microsoft Office in particular MS Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
