The role will involve a range of administrative duties, including maintaining records, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from internal and external customersProviding administrative support to departmental teams, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining recordsConducting data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness of informationManaging and processing incoming and outgoing mail and emailsMaintaining electronic and paper filing systemsEnsuring compliance with policies and procedures in all administrative dutiesProviding assistance with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentsCollaborating with other clerical officers and administrative staff to support the efficient operation of the organisationQualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in administrationProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and databasesStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasksAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleaguesFlexibility and adaptability to changing work demandsAvailable to start immediatelyContact ICE Group Sligo office for more details.
