Full Stack Developer - Operations TechnologyThe Operations Technology team is responsible for supporting operation users on reconciliation, asset servicing and reporting. We manage corporate actions and reconciliation systems, which are integrated with other internal subledger systems across the firm. We are also responsible for all reports going out to our counterparties on daily basis, reporting on our trades and positions. The team is located in NY, Miami and Singapore already and we are looking to expand to Dublin to support EU users. This role requires someone with good communication skills, in addition to programming proficiency, to interact with users directly in the region.Principal ResponsibilitiesHands on development and ownership of software solutions.Collaborating with the rest of the team to architect solutionsAbility to understand and analyze data to find defects and suggests improvements.Take ownership of project while managing stakeholders’ expectationsSkills Required3-5 years of production level dotnet core development experienceProgramming experience with a strong understanding of OOP with .NET Core, MS SQL Server, PostgresDemonstrable experience with streaming patterns: Kafka, micro-services, etc.Strong coding skills; writing reliable, readable code and providing code review feedback is second natureExperience of working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum/ Kanban) and associated tools such as JIRA.Working knowledge of agile development and dev ops CI/CD practicesDeep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration and testingHighly analytical with good problem-solving skills and creativity; able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPositive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with users and other development teamsSkills desiredExperience building AWS integrated solutions with resiliencyExperience building containers and deploying to KubernetesKnowledge of typescript frameworks/libraries such as AngularUI design and customization through SCCS such as Bootstrap/Material DesignExperience with trading or related applications helpfulBroad understanding of financial services instrumentsDevelopment experience in both windows and Linux environment
