About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookings & Reporting Coordinator to join our team based in Cork, Ireland. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient end-to-end booking process for our Healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer all aspects of candidate booking processes, including Agency Healthcare workers and Locum Doctors.
* Maintain responsibility for data entry, maintenance, and integrity in internal systems, producing ad-hoc reports as needed.
* Verify daily and weekly bookings, ensure accurate monthly reporting requirements, and chase booking reference numbers from clients.
* Perform various administrative duties to support the wider recruitment team.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar administration/coordination role in the Healthcare Industry is desirable but not essential.
* Qualification in Office/Business Administration is desirable.
* Experience with CRM/booking/administration software systems.
* Ability to work under pressure, solve problems independently, and consistently contribute positively in a high-paced environment.
* Strong team player with attention to detail.
